NSS most commonly refers to the National Service Scheme, a government-sponsored student volunteer program that provides college students the opportunity to participate in community service activities to develop their personalities and foster social responsibility. It encourages selfless service to society by organizing activities like health camps,blood donation camps,1 day camp, 7 days camp, sanitation drives  and educational programs, while also providing benefits like certificates and potential weightage for higher studies. Students are encouraged to join NSS voluntarily through  enrollment requires an application and is usually for 1st and 2nd year degree students.NSS Programme Officer for academic session 2025-26 are Mr. Bharat Kumar(boys) and Dr. Reena (girls)
